LOCATION

Perfect location in the Rust Bay near the lake bath and marina.

The lake hut Sonnenschilf is easily accessible via a footbridge, just a few hundred meters from the parking lot and the lakeside restaurant Katamaran.

SPORT

A windsurf board and two bicycles are available.

Sailing, surfing, and stand-up paddling are offered at the Kreindl sailing school in the Rust marina. The Rust lake bath offers fun for the whole family.

The historic town center of Rust is reachable by foot or bike in a few minutes.

The old town, a protected monument, invites for a stroll and a visit to a wine tavern. From spring to late summer, you can observe around 15 stork families in their nests on the roofs.

The Sonnenschilf offers 50m² of living space and a 130m² outdoor terrace, providing plenty of room for a relaxed holiday.

A living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom – and a special highlight: the 130 square meter sun deck with outdoor shower, dining table, and electric grill. Perfect for relaxing days and evenings!

The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. We provide you with an electric boat, a surfboard, and two mountain bikes for adults. Enjoy the break at the lake – gladly with friends, for whom we provide a free guest parking space.

Sonnenschilf is the right place for that – ideal for a couple, two friends, or a family with school-aged children. The Neusiedlersee is on average only 1.5 meters deep and shallower at the shore, but your safety is very important to us: therefore, we should mention that ideally, all guests should be able to swim.

We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Sonnenreed! The hut is simply ideal for relaxing together and enjoying the sun. During the day we chilled on the terrace and enjoyed the peace and solitude, and in the evening we had a party at the wine tavern :-). Everything worked out perfectly, sensational location and facilities..

The perfect place for fishermen.Our stay at Sunreeds was truly an angler's dream. The cabin is right on the water and offers excellent amenities, including an electric boat (!!) that is perfect for open water fishing trips. The peace and seclusion of the location are ideal for relaxed fishing. A paradise for all nature lovers.
